- Small sharp knife or pizza cutter
- Small pair of scissors
- 8” by 3” round cake dummy
- 12”by ½” round covered cake board
- Damp cloth
- Plastic bags
- Tips #1sor 1, 0L or 0, 14 and 104
- Parchments
- 1 recipe royal icing, week 2
