Basic Fondant Cakes

• Readymade fondant, 2 1/2 pounds
• Rolling pin
• Small sharpe knife or pizza cutter
• Small pair of scissors
• 8"by 3" styrofoam cake dummy
• 12" round cake board
• Small gumpaste roller or 1/12" dowel 6inches long
• Dusting powders, if you have them
• Damp cloth
• Plastic bags
• Any modeling tools you may have
• 1 recipe royal icing, second week
• Parchments
• tips #1s, or 1, 0 or 0l, and 104
• Plastic place mat or cutting board to roll fondant out on.
