- Readymade fondant, 2 1/2 pounds
- Rolling pin
- Small sharpe knife or pizza cutter
- Small pair of scissors
- 8"by 3" styrofoam cake dummy
- 12" round cake board
- Small gumpaste roller or 1/12"
dowel 6inches long
- Dusting powders, if you have them
- Damp cloth
- Plastic bags
- Any modeling tools you may have
- 1 recipe royal icing, second week
- Parchments
- tips #1s, or 1, 0 or 0l, and 104
- Plastic place mat or cutting board to roll
